How does the monthly memborship payment work? What form of payment do you accept? Can I use HSA or FSA?
Monthly payment of $85 to be automatically deducted at the beginning of the month from a credit, debit, FSA or HSA card.
How long is the VIP Membership good for?
VIP Membership is for a 12 month period. After the year, it is month to month with a 30 day written cancellation.
Is there a VIP Membership enrollment fee?
VIP Memberships administration enrollment fee of one time charge $25.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Appointments are required. All appointments are subject to availability.
Can I lose services if I can't make it in for that month?
You do not lose services if you can’t make it in for that month, as long as your membership is active
Can I share my VIP Membership with others?
VIP Memberships may not be transferred or shared.
Can I combine discounts, promotions or packages?
VIP Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions or packages and are not valid for gift card purchases.
